We feel everyone in talent acquisition can benefit from a 10,000-foot pulse on how the virus is impacting areas such as:
- Talent acquisition programs;
- How companies are doing to adapt in the here and now;
- How companies are planning to move forward once things come back online;
- Any potential silver linings such as lasting changes that may occur based on learnings from the disruption.
The insights we are seeking require your help! We are reaching out to talent leaders to learn their company’s stories so we can roll up the data to identify key trends that will help participants benchmark what they are doing against emerging trends.
How to Participate
Participation is easy. We’ve compiled a short survey that should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. This will capture the data that will be used to compile our report. The deadline to complete survey has been extended to Friday, May 1, 2020.
Use of Survey Results
Once we have a critical mass of survey responses, we will create and share our report with you. Results will be anonymous and no company names will be used.
